Every time in Benidorm we stay in this hotel. Wonderful small and impeccably clean place to stay in, it has efficient stuff on reception desk. The location is absolutely perfect, and the area is nice quiet minutes from restaurants and bars. Rooms are well-equipped and brand-new with good air con, big bathroom, for instance, food is great.

No reason to complain, the venue met the demands. I thoroughly enjoyed this lovely little and well-kept place, stayed there for 4 nights. I could see the sea from the double room. The bed was comfortable, the staff were really helpful and efficient. Exceptional service was provided here.

The property was gorgeous with very pleasant and outstandingly accommodating staff on reception desk, I really enjoyed the stay. There was a great selection of outstanding meals. This hotel was set in a central area just next door to Close to restaurants. Benidorm Old Town district was worth exploring.

The hotel was in an amazing location, on the seafront. Besides, it was so close to old town and Tapas Alley. The double room was updated, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The room was needed updated but very clean and available with big bathroom, double bed and the balcony. The location was magnificent, quite close to Avenida Martinez Alejos.
The staff were very rude, didn't expect that coming.

Brand-new room, exceptionally clean and well-kept place, excellent staff. Good variety at breakfast. They provided exceptional service. Not to mention good wifi! In a nice quiet area with the sea view, perfect position very close to the restaurant, the beach and old town, and the shops and Old Town.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with comfortable rooms and a great location on the beach front. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The only thing that could have been better about the breakfast selection was more variety.
